Over the past nine weeks, since the launch of our SOTA thought platform here on Substack, we’ve drip fed you with weekly instalments of our ambitious, inaugural research thesis ‘The Next Big Bang: The Brand Universe Solution to Growth’.
Launching our research — for which we interviewed over 50 founders and senior executives leading some of the world’s most innovative fashion, beauty, and tech businesses — in 12 parts was our dedicated way of offering a much needed alternative to the avalanche of lengthy, uninspiring trend reports and white papers, which often span hundreds of pages in PDF format.
The aim of launching ‘The Next Big Bang’ has always been to emphasise the urgency of the need for the creative industries to embrace a new approach to building and scaling brands: the Brand Universe methodology. We’ve made clear that building a Brand Universe isn’t a luxury but a necessity for brands seeking not just survival, but a thriving presence in the tumultuous market. Waiting is no longer an option, therefor our research thesis isn’t just a guide; it’s a call to action.

Introducing: SOTA INSIDER
The former, SOTA’s bi-monthly creative industry debrief that arrives in your inbox every other Monday, and draws the line between newsworthy articles, insider news, niche launches, and more. We’ll make sense of it all by adding our expert analysis and predictions, supplying you with the information necessary to remain informed right at the beginning of your week.
Introducing: SPEED DIAL
Secondly, there’s ‘SPEED DIAL’, SOTA’s monthly interview series with the established, and emerging, figures leading the creative industries into uncharted territory and who are just a call away. We’ll be speaking with them not just about their profession but about what their thoughts are on current events, products they’ve never launched, and lessons learned they wish they knew sooner.
But first, we want to hear from you.
